Thanksgiving

 We went deer hunting on the way to Thanksgiving.

(Our van was towed and fixed up there, we finally got it back on Christmas Eve--yay!)

We had a good time with Hubby's side of the family, 39 of us in all.  Lots of good eating,

I'm not sure what Princess is so upset about, this is Lil Sugar's 1st Thanksgiving picture.  She had a bite of pumpkin pie.

 The Turkey Bowl.  Everyone takes the competition and the uniforms very seriously.

 Lil Sugar had to stay on the sidelines this year.

 Movie Night: Mary Poppins.  We've been hearing 'Supercalifragilistic...' ever since.

There was also a 4 mile walk, putting up fence, collecting and shelling corn, one family sleeping out in a tent (by choice!), an intense soccer game, a talent show, and an appetizer contest.

Many of the boys were out around some torn-down silos, collecting old hardware and sorting it by type, then creating works like this:
